Delivery & Returns
All deliveries are made with Royal Mail. Delivery time will depend on which delivery option you pick. (delivery times are displayed at the checkout when you place your order.) Our delivery options are:
- Standard Delivery £2.50 or Free with orders over £70
- Express Delivery £6.00
We only offer deliveries. Sorry but we are unable to offer collections.
You'll receive an email confirming dispatch with tracking information. If your order is late arriving please check the tracking information with Royal Mail. If there are any problems please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 01269 831572. Please have your order number to hand.
If you need to change an item you will need to return the item and then reorder the replacement through our website. Sorry we cannot exchange items as most items are made to order.
You have 60 days from the date of order to return an item. All returned items must not have been worn, used or washed and are in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept the following items as returns:
- Personalised items will not be accepted unless the text is incorrect or the item is faulty.
- Any Sale item.
- Any Special order. (Items which we have ordered in specially to fulfil your order. You will have contacted us to order these items)
- Any Socks or Tights.
- Order number (this will start with a # )
- Name the order was placed under
- Contact phone number and email address
- List all items including sizes, how many and reason for return.
- If you would like a Refund (back onto the card used to pay) or a Credit (Money will be placed onto a digital gift card and emailed to you. You can use this any time to order with us)
Please securely repack the items remember to include the returns information. (Sorry but we are unable to accept items back unpackaged or without the returns information.)
Please return the parcel to:
Eirllin, Brynheulog, Llandeilo Road, Gorslas, Llanelli, SA14 7LR
You can either post the parcel back to the above address (at your own cost) or drop the parcel off at the address. Please contact us email@example.com to arrange drop off.
Please note we do not refund any shipping costs unless the items are incorrect or faulty.
Once we receive your retuned parcel we will process your return within 5 working days.
Refunds: the refund will be back onto your card within 10 working days. Most will be within a couple of days.
Credits: you will be emailed a Gift Card for the value of your return on the same day we process your return.
